Four finished buildings
Harbour Workshops in Ostend is the office, in use since 2023, with 180 desks in 4,200 m² of a 1960s warehouse. Linden Court in Leuven is co-housing from 2022, with 24 apartments, a shared garden, a timber frame, and deck access. Old Mill studios in Ghent is the renovation, a flour mill turned in 2024 into 14 workshops across 1,600 m². Rivière school annex in Namur is a timber annex of 6 classrooms and 900 m², built in 11 months and completed in 2021. The same four appear as a wall of photographs and again as a list.

Harbour Workshops, Ostend
Harbour Workshops is filed under Workplaces. A logistics firm needed one floor for 180 desks inside a 1960s warehouse in Ostend.
The work added a timber mezzanine and roof lights and kept the steel frame. The office has been in use since 2023. The floor area is 4,200 m², and daylight reaches every desk. The building is also the subject of the timber model at 1:50 that sits on the studio table in Brussels. Question, work, and result are written out in full on the project page. On this list the row carries the place, the year, the type, and the area, then the short account of desks, mezzanine, and frame. It is the workplace we use when a client asks what an older structure can still hold.

Linden Court housing, Leuven
Linden Court is filed under Housing. It is co-housing in Leuven, completed in 2022: 24 apartments, a shared garden, a timber frame, and deck access.
The shared yard sits between the housing blocks, with benches and bicycles in the court. The building and the yard are one project, not two addresses. We publish them together so the apartments are not read as a stack of private rooms alone. Deck access and the shared garden are part of how the court is used day to day. Linden Court is the housing project we point to for both co-housing and a small apartment building. Figures stay as they are: 24 apartments, 2022, Leuven. We do not add a second housing scheme on this list.

Old Mill studios, Ghent
Old Mill studios is filed under Renovation. In Ghent a flour mill became 14 workshops, completed in 2024, with a floor area of 1,600 m².
The renovated hall is brick, with white steel and daylight in the workshops. Before, the building was a mill. After, it is a set of rooms where people work. The row in the list gives the year, the area, and the count of workshops, then points to the renovation page for the longer before-and-after account. We do not treat the mill as a new workplace built on an empty site. The point of the project is the reuse itself. Fourteen workshops is the result we state, not a target for every industrial building that follows.

Rivière school annex, Namur
Rivière school annex sits on the full list under All. It is a timber annex in Namur, completed in 2021, with 6 classrooms and 900 m², built in 11 months.
It is not an office floor and it is not housing. It is a school building, and we leave it described that way. The list row gives the place, the year, the number of classrooms, the area, and the eleven months of building. There is no separate renovation story and no desk count. When the list is filtered to Workplaces, Housing, or Renovation, this annex is not forced into those three labels. It remains part of the wall and of the unfiltered list, as one of the four finished buildings the studio publishes.
