Studio address and hours
The studio was founded in 2008. Eight people work here. We are open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Saturday and Sunday the studio is closed. The phone is +32 2 555 01 84. The entrance is a glass door in a white brick facade, with a bicycle and plants beside it. That is the door you will see if you come to the studio.
We do not publish a walking time from a station or a driving time from another city. The address is the location. A first meeting is by appointment, not as a walk-in, even inside open hours. Mei Tan, studio manager since 2018, arranges the hour. If you are writing about a workplace, a housing project, or a renovation, say which it is, and say the question the building has to answer. The four finished projects you may have seen are in Ostend, Leuven, Ghent, and Namur. The people who draw them are in Brussels.

Finding the studio
Find the studio at Quai des Charbonnages 12, 1080 Brussels, Belgium. Use that address as the place marker. We do not embed a third-party map, and we do not add a second entrance. Book a first meeting
The first meeting is free. It lasts 60 minutes, at the studio or on site, and you receive a written note of the brief. Booking it does not hire sketch design, permit drawings, or full service. Those have their own fees: from €9,500, from €14,000, and 9 % of the build cost. A feasibility study, if you want one after the meeting, is €3,800. Interior fit-out is €38 per m². All of those exclude VAT.
To ask for the meeting, send your name, a way to reach you, and the question the building has to answer. We read messages during open hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. We do not promise a reply within a set number of hours. We do not promise that we will take the job. If we meet, the note of the brief is the whole deliverable of that hour.
