The price list
The table below is the whole price list: every figure is in euro and excludes VAT, and the first meeting is free. A fee marked from is a starting figure, not a cap.

€38 per m²
All six figures are in euro and exclude VAT. A percentage fee moves with the build cost. A “from” fee is the start of that stage, not a promise that every project stays there. The first meeting is free and does not commit you to the next stage.
01
How the percentage is calculated
Full service is 9 % of the build cost, so the fee is a percentage and not a fixed sum in euro. We publish no sample contract sum, because inventing one would pretend we already know the building.
Sketch design includes a cost estimate and the feasibility study a cost range, but neither is the build cost the percentage is taken from. Fit-out at €38 per m² and the feasibility fee of €3,800 stay fixed; only full service is priced as 9 %.

What we do not promise
We do not promise a permit, a construction price, a completion date, or a result copied from an older project. Harbour Workshops has 180 desks and daylight at every desk. That is a result from 2023, not a template for the next office. The Rivière school annex was built in 11 months. That is a fact about Namur, not a programme we attach to your job. A fee that says from, €9,500 for sketch design and €14,000 for permit drawings, can move upward. Free means the first meeting costs nothing. It does not mean the later stages are free.
The meeting is 60 minutes. The studio is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Saturday and Sunday are closed. Appointments are made with the studio at Quai des Charbonnages 12, 1080 Brussels, or on your site. Phone +32 2 555 01 84. Eight people work here, founded in 2008. The list above is the whole price list we print.
