A commercial law firm in Brussels required relocating 26 partner and associate workstations along with extensive legal case files over a single weekend. Tom Verbeke supplied 310 archive crates fitted with individual tamper seals, each verified against a signed chain-of-custody inventory. The firm maintained continuous client confidentiality throughout packing, loading, and placement. By Sunday afternoon, all 310 archive crates were positioned beside the appropriate desks in the new Brussels office without any loss of billable hours.
Benches, a Rack and a Cold Room
A biotechnology firm in Mechelen required moving 64 desks, specialized laboratory benches, and a small server rack. Operating within tight technical parameters, Joanna Kowalczyk supervised the server rack power-down on Saturday at 08:00. The rack was transported in a padded enclosure, reinstalled, cabled, and powered back up by Sunday at 11:30. Workstations and laboratory benches were rebuilt and aligned before Sunday evening, allowing research staff to resume experiments promptly on Monday morning.
