Before
What is included in the initial site survey?
The site survey and labelled floor plan is completely included in our service. Six weeks before your target move, co-founder Samir Haddad visits both your current and destination offices. Samir measures doorways, corridors, and lifts, evaluates vehicle access, and assesses IT infrastructure. Following this walk-through, Samir creates a detailed destination floor plan with colour zones and desk numbers, allowing us to issue a fixed, binding quotation.
Do our staff pack their own desks?
Yes, employees typically pack their own desk contents, personal effects, and active files. Tom Verbeke delivers reusable plastic crates measuring 60 × 40 × 35 cm ten working days prior to the move, with rental included for three weeks. We allocate an average of six crates per desk along with pre-printed labels and cable bags. Our professional crew packs all common areas, archive rooms, and meeting spaces.
What geographic areas do you cover from your depot?
Isso Relocation was founded in 2014 with headquarters and a central crate depot located at Dokweg 12, 2030 Antwerp, Belgium. We operate within a 150 km radius of Antwerp, regularly serving businesses in Antwerp, Ghent, Brussels, Mechelen, Leuven, and Rotterdam. All relocations within this territory are managed directly by our permanent seven-person team and dedicated fleet.

The weekend
How does the 61-hour weekend move window work?
Our move window runs from Friday 18:00 to Monday 07:00, providing 61 hours of dedicated operational time. On Friday at 18:00, Kwame Mensah and the loading crew begin packing vehicles. By Saturday 07:00, the old floor is cleared. On Sunday, Ana Ribeiro and Joanna Kowalczyk reassemble desks and reconnect IT by 12:00. At 20:00 on Sunday, we conduct a joint walk-through before handing back keys at 07:00 on Monday.
How are computers and workstation IT equipment handled?
Joanna Kowalczyk leads our IT disconnect and reconnect service, priced at €38 per workstation. On Friday evening, our technicians disconnect screens, docking stations, power blocks, and network cables, placing them into dedicated cable bags tagged with the matching desk number. On Sunday, our team mounts monitors on desk arms, routes cabling neatly, and reconnects docks so staff can log in immediately on Monday morning.
What if Monday is a public holiday?
When a relocation falls before a public holiday, we adjust our schedule while maintaining our standard 61-hour allocation. We can execute packing and transit across Friday and Saturday, completing furniture and IT assembly by Sunday evening as usual. Alternatively, we can adapt our schedule so that our dedicated two-person on-site support team is present from 07:00 to 12:00 on Tuesday morning when your staff return to the office.

What support is provided on Monday morning?
On Monday morning, two crew members are stationed at your new office from 07:00 to 12:00. They assist arriving employees with crate handling, adjust monitor heights, reconfigure desk positions, and solve any minor physical layout adjustments. This immediate support ensures that staff settle in smoothly without facilities bottlenecks. Tom Verbeke later collects the empty crates within the three-week rental period.
Are moves protected by insurance and permanent staff?
Yes. We never use day labour or temporary agency workers; every move is executed by our permanent, trained staff led by Kwame Mensah and Ana Ribeiro. Comprehensive transit and public liability insurance protects all office furniture, technical equipment, and building premises throughout the move. Our crew installs wall and lift protection at both sites to prevent damage during transit.

Prices
What are your standard relocation package prices?
We offer clear, fixed pricing: moves up to 15 desks start from €3,900; moves of 16 to 40 desks start from €8,600; floor moves of 41 to 90 desks start from €17,500. A site survey and floor plan is included. IT disconnect and reconnect is €38 per workstation, extra reassembly crew is €65 per crew hour, and secure disposal is €140 per locked cage. All prices exclude 21% VAT.
What are your payment and booking terms?
To reserve your preferred weekend slot, a 30% deposit is payable upon booking confirmation following your formal quotation. The remaining balance is payable within 14 days after the relocation has been completed. If your company schedules shift, you may reschedule or cancel your booked move weekend without any fee up until 10 working days before the scheduled Friday move date.
