Founded in 2014 by Lena Vos and Samir Haddad, Isso Relocation relies on seven permanent specialists to lead every office relocation from our Antwerp depot.

Seven people
Leadership, Planning, and Client Coordination
Lena Vos is co-founder and operations director, overseeing depot operations, equipment standards, and weekend logistics. Samir Haddad is co-founder and move planner, personally conducting every pre-move site survey and drawing all colour-coded floor plans. Mei Lin Hartmann serves as client coordinator, managing initial inquiries, preparing formal quotations, and scheduling walk-through surveys from our headquarters at Dokweg 12, 2030 Antwerp. Together, they establish the foundation for every relocation project.

Co-founder, operations director
Runs the depot, the fleet standards and the weekend logistics. She signs off every plan before the crew sees it.
Samir Haddad
Co-founder, move planner
Walks both floors at the survey and draws the labelled plan. He is on site for the Friday hand-over.
Mei Lin Hartmann
Client coordinator
Takes the first call, prepares the quote and books the survey. She replies within one working day.
Kwame Mensah
Crew lead, Saturday crew
Protects the building, runs the lift and the dollies, and has the old floor empty by Saturday 07:00.
Ana Ribeiro
Crew lead, Sunday crew and furniture reassembly
Builds the desks to the floor plan and finishes the layout before the Sunday 20:00 walk-through.
Joanna Kowalczyk
IT disconnect and reconnect lead
Tags every cable bag on Friday and reconnects each workstation to its desk number by Sunday 12:00.
Tom Verbeke
Fleet, crates and depot
Looks after the vehicles and the crates, delivers them 10 working days ahead and collects them within 3 weeks.
Saturday night, 22:15. The same leads who walked the plan on Friday build the desks on Sunday.

Weekend crew
Weekend Operations, IT, and Depot Logistics
Kwame Mensah acts as crew lead for our Saturday loading operations, directing building protection and vehicle staging. Ana Ribeiro serves as crew lead for our Sunday team, supervising furniture reassembly and precision workstation placement. Joanna Kowalczyk is our IT disconnect and reconnect lead, handling technical cabling, monitors, and workstation docks. Tom Verbeke manages our commercial vehicle fleet, crate deliveries, and depot operations at Dokweg 12.

Standards
Direct Employment and Professional Standards
We never employ temporary agency workers or day labour. All crew members are directly employed and trained in professional building protection, safe lifting practices, and furniture assembly systems. Every move is supervised on site by our named crew leads and backed by comprehensive transit and public liability insurance. This permanent team structure ensures dependable accountability and consistent handling for every commercial client across our 150 km operating zone.
