Method

Our relocation method moves your entire office over a single weekend.

Labelled before it is lifted.

Survey

Phase 1: Survey (Week −6)

Six weeks before the move, co-founder Samir Haddad conducts a free walk-through survey of both your current and destination offices. Samir measures doorways, corridors, and freight lifts, notes power points, and photographs access routes. We identify potential bottlenecks early, agree on working constraints with building managers, and establish the complete scope of your relocation. Every project begins with this thorough physical assessment so there are no unexpected delays or logistical surprises when the move weekend arrives.

Plan & label

Phase 2: Plan and Label (Week −3)

Three weeks prior to moving, Samir prepares a comprehensive destination floor plan. Every functional team is assigned a distinct colour zone, and every workstation receives an individual desk number. We supply pre-printed colour-coded labels and tagged cable bags corresponding directly to the new layout. Because each crate, screen, chair, and cable bundle receives the destination desk number before leaving your current premises, our crew can position every item directly at its new location without guesswork or sorting delays.

Pack

Phase 3: Pack (10 Working Days Before)

Ten working days before move weekend, Tom Verbeke delivers reusable grey plastic moving crates measuring 60 × 40 × 35 cm from our Antwerp depot. Rental is included for three weeks. Staff pack their personal belongings, stationery, and desktop files, averaging six crates per desk. Meanwhile, our professional crew packs communal areas, shared storage units, file archives, and meeting rooms. Reusable cable bags are provided for keyboards, mice, and power supplies to ensure all workstation accessories remain organized.

The weekend

Phase 4: The Weekend (61 Hours)

Our relocation window runs from Friday 18:00 to Monday 07:00, spanning 61 continuous hours. On Friday at 18:00, Kwame Mensah leads the team to protect building surfaces and begin loading. By Saturday at 07:00, the old floor is emptied and crates are arranged at the destination. On Sunday, Ana Ribeiro leads furniture reassembly while Joanna Kowalczyk reconnects workstation IT by 12:00. At 20:00 on Sunday, we conduct a joint walk-through with you before returning the building keys at 07:00 on Monday.

Monday

Phase 5: Monday

When your staff arrive on Monday morning, two crew members remain on site from 07:00 to 12:00 to assist with unpacking, adjust monitor arms, and resolve minor layout changes. Staff unpack their crates throughout the working week at their own pace. Once all items are unpacked, Tom Verbeke arranges the collection of empty crates from your new premises within the included three-week rental window, ensuring a calm, settled transition for your organization.

Labels

What staff do, what the crew does

Staff pack their own desk and attach the printed destination label to each crate lid. The crew packs shared areas, moves everything, rebuilds the furniture and reconnects the IT.

One colour zone belongs to one team and one number to one desk. A crate with the right colour and number goes to the right place without anyone having to ask.
