Information Required for Your Quotation
To prepare an accurate assessment, please provide your contact name, company name, email address, telephone number, current office address, destination office address, total workstation count, and preferred weekend date. Whether you need a small office move of up to 15 desks or a multi-floor relocation of up to 90 desks, these details allow us to prepare preliminary crate estimates and schedule your free site survey.
What Happens After You Submit
Once you submit your inquiry, client coordinator Mei Lin Hartmann contacts you within one working day by phone or email. Mei Lin reviews your requirements and schedules a free walk-through survey with co-founder Samir Haddad. Samir measures both sites and prepares a labelled floor plan. Following this survey, we provide a fixed-price quotation with no hidden extras, covering crates, transport, and optional IT reconnection.

Typical starting prices, EUR excl. 21% VAT: up to 15 desks from €3,900; 16–40 desks from €8,600; 41–90 desks from €17,500. The survey and labelled floor plan are included.
