Terms and Conditions

Quotations, Bookings, and Payment Terms

All service prices are quoted in EUR and exclude 21% Belgian VAT. Quotations become binding following our free site survey by Samir Haddad. To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit is payable upon quotation acceptance. The remaining 70% balance is invoiced upon project completion, payable within 14 days following the move weekend. All services are subject to operational access and inventory accuracy agreed during the survey.

Cancellations and Crate Rental Agreement

Clients may cancel or reschedule their reserved move weekend without penalty up to 10 working days prior to the scheduled Friday start date. Moving crates supplied by Tom Verbeke remain the property of Isso Relocation and include three weeks of rental. Crates not returned in good condition within three weeks following the move will be subject to replacement charges as detailed in your agreement.
