One weekend, one floor, nothing lost.
Every relocation starts on Friday at 18:00 and finishes before Monday at 07:00. By keeping the physical move inside one defined sixty-one-hour window, a company avoids split workdays, disrupted teams and lost revenue. Furniture, equipment and files travel between floors or across cities without touching a normal working hour.
The method is advance planning, not hurry. Three weeks ahead, every desk, cable bag and reusable crate receives a destination number and a team colour. By the time loading begins at the depot on Friday night, each item already has its exact place on the receiving floor.
Saturday, 09:40. The first floor is empty; every crate on the dollies already knows its desk. Protective floor coverings keep corridors and lift lobbies clean while the stacks move into their zones.

Survey, label, lift
Five phases, so the weekend holds.
A disciplined process built to remove moving delays. Every phase has a name, a time and a person responsible, so nothing about your move is decided on the Friday evening.

Survey
A free walk-through of both floors with Samir Haddad: measurements, doorway widths and photographs of every room.
Week −3
Plan & label
A labelled floor plan gives each team one colour zone and each desk one number. Every crate and cable bag gets its matching destination tag.

Pack
Reusable crates arrive at your office. Staff pack their own desk, about six crates each, with three weeks of rental included.

Friday 18:00 lift and load. Saturday 07:00 the old floor is empty. Desks and IT are back by Sunday 12:00; the keys return on Monday 07:00.

One move
Forty-two desks, two floors down
On Friday at 18:00 our crew arrived at an architecture studio in Ghent to merge forty-two desks from two floors into one. The studio had packed over the previous ten working days, so the crew could go straight to protecting the drafting tables and the catalogued scale drawings.
By Saturday morning both upper floors were cleared to the bare walls. Reassembly began on the lower level at sunrise under Kwame Mensah and Ana Ribeiro, while Joanna Kowalczyk connected cables and computers to their numbered workstations.
At 16:40 on Sunday the studio manager made the final inspection, more than fourteen hours before opening. All forty-two desks were powered, aligned and clean when the team arrived on Monday.
The floor was fully working before Sunday evening. On Monday everyone unpacked their crate and was drafting by nine.

The crew
Every move is carried out by employed, permanent crew, not day labour. The same crew leads who walk through your labelled plan on Friday evening run the furniture rebuild and the IT reconnection until Sunday night, so one person always answers for each floor.
With office equipment, knowing the labelling system and the building matters most. We know which desk each crate belongs to before we touch it.

Questions
What if Monday is a holiday?
When Monday is a public holiday the move window extends to Tuesday 07:00 at no extra charge, which leaves more time for cleaning and complex layouts.
Do we pack ourselves?
Staff pack their own desk and files into reusable crates delivered 10 working days before the move. The crew handles shared storage, furniture, screens and archives.
What about IT?
Joanna Kowalczyk’s team photographs every desk setup, coils cables into numbered bags, uncouples docking stations and reconnects each monitor and device at the new desk by Sunday noon.
Insurance
Goods, electronic equipment and the building’s transit areas are covered by our transit and public liability insurance from Friday load-in until Monday sign-off.
