Planning guide
Careful preparation transforms an office relocation into a predictable, calm weekend project.
Six weeks, one weekend.

Week −6
Week −6: Walk-Through and Scope
Six weeks before your target weekend, Samir Haddad visits your current and destination offices for a comprehensive site survey. We measure lift interiors, doorways, and stairwells, note loading bay restrictions, and photograph access paths. Our team evaluates your desk count, filing archives, and IT requirements. Following this visit, we issue your fixed-price quote and reserve your 61-hour weekend window, running from Friday 18:00 through Monday 07:00, within our 150 km operating area.

Week −3
Week −3: Layouts and Colour Coding
Three weeks out, Samir finalizes the destination floor plan. We assign each department a colour zone and give every workstation a unique destination number. We provide your move coordinator with pre-printed labels, cable tags, and packing guidelines. Reviewing these layouts with department heads ensures everyone understands where their teams sit. Every crate and accessory bag will be tagged with its corresponding desk number, preventing misplacement during the weekend transfer.

Samir measures every doorway at the survey; the floor plan you approve three weeks out is the one the crew works from.

Packing
Week −2 and Week −1: Crate Delivery and Packing
Ten working days before the move, Tom Verbeke delivers reusable plastic crates measuring 60 × 40 × 35 cm, with three weeks of rental included. We allocate an average of six crates per desk. Staff pack their personal items, stationery, and active files, applying pre-printed destination labels to the crate lids. We also distribute clear cable bags so employees can pack their keyboards, mice, and power leads directly from their workstations.

Move week
Move Week and After the Move
On Friday at 18:00, Kwame Mensah, Ana Ribeiro, and Joanna Kowalczyk begin loading, assembly, and IT reconnection. After a joint walk-through on Sunday at 20:00, keys are returned by Monday 07:00. Two crew members remain on site from 07:00 to 12:00 on Monday to assist your staff with unpacking and adjustments. Tom Verbeke collects all empty crates within the three-week rental period once your team has settled.
