The Adeyemi family had a long garden and a plan to give half of it to a second house. Before anything could be drawn, the ground had to be known: its levels, its slope and where the old boundary ran.
Lukas Brandt took the topographic survey, up to 2,000 m² with levels every 5 m, and Amara Okonjo drew the plan with contours. Ines Calloway signed the new boundary after the pins were set.
The visit came first. The $180 fee for the hour on the ground was credited in full when the survey was booked inside 60 days.
