All figures are in USD. A site visit, the hour on the ground, is $180. It covers 60 minutes on site, a field sketch and a written note. A boundary survey of a residential plot is $1,250. It covers up to 1,000 m², pins found or reset, and a signed plan. A pin reset is $160 per pin, for one missing pin where an existing record already describes it. Setting-out for a builder is $720. It covers the house footprint, one visit, and stakes and offsets. A topographic survey is $1,650. It covers up to 2,000 m², levels every 5 m, and a plan with contours. An extra paper copy of a plan is $25, folded A2 and posted.

The $180 visit fee is credited in full if a survey is booked within 60 days. The office is open Mon–Fri 8:30–17:30. Field visits run Mon–Sat, with start times from 7:30 to 15:00. Travel beyond 40 km is quoted before booking. The office is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

The visit and the survey
What the visit and the boundary survey include
The $180 visit is the hour described in five stages: deeds and any old plan at the gate, a walk to look for pins, shots of pins and corners, marks with stakes, string and caps, and a field sketch where you agree what comes next. It is the right first booking for a house plot, a garden boundary, a builder who needs the line understood, or a small land purchase within 40 km of 14 Ferrow Lane, Brookmere. The boundary survey at $1,250 is the measured follow-on for a residential plot up to 1,000 m². Pins are found or reset. The plan is drawn by Amara Okonjo and signed by Ines Calloway, the licensed land surveyor. It is delivered within 10 working days as a PDF and one paper copy.
The smaller jobs
Pins, setting-out, contours and an extra copy
A pin reset at $160 is for one missing pin when a record of that pin already exists. Each such pin is priced on its own. The work uses that existing record; it is not a search without papers. Setting-out at $720 is for a builder who needs the house footprint marked: one visit, stakes and offsets, so the digger meets a line that has already been set. A topographic survey at $1,650 suits slopes and larger plots up to 2,000 m². Levels are taken every 5 m and the plan carries contours. Lukas Brandt leads the GNSS and topographic side of that work. If you need another paper copy after the one included with a measured plan, a folded A2 sent by post is $25.
Credit, travel, payment
Credit, travel and payment
The $180 visit fee is credited in full if a survey is booked within 60 days. Travel beyond 40 km of the office is quoted before booking. There is no fixed travel figure on this page, because the quote depends on the journey and is agreed before you commit. The firm does not take court disputes or estates over 2 ha. Payment for a measured plan is by invoice after the plan, due in 14 days. Office hours for questions about a figure are Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30. Visits themselves run Monday to Saturday, with start times from 7:30 to 15:00. Write to visits@sokuten.example or call +1 555 0142 090. Priya Nandakumar books the hour and answers the phone.
