What we keep, and for how long
What you send us
Sokuten Survey is an independent land surveying firm at 14 Ferrow Lane, Brookmere. When you request a visit you send an address, any deeds or old plan you choose to include, two dates, and whatever name and contact details you put in the message. That material is used to book the hour, to prepare records and title research, and to draw and send a plan if you commission one. Phone calls to +1 555 0142 090 are taken by Priya Nandakumar for the same purpose. Email to visits@sokuten.example is the written route. We do not ask you to create an account. A measured plan is returned to you as a PDF and one paper copy. An extra posted copy goes to the address you give for that posting.
The spring list
If you join the spring list, we keep the email address you wrote from and use it for two messages only. One is sent in February. One is sent in August. Both concern early dates before the calendar opens. There is no other mail attached to the list. The list is not a booking, and the address of a plot is used only if you included it so we know which area the dates refer to. You can leave the list by writing to visits@sokuten.example and asking to be removed. Priya Nandakumar handles that request from the client desk. Office hours for a reply are Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30. Joining or leaving the list does not change the published fees.
Who sees the papers
Visit papers are used inside the firm by the people who do the work. Hana Sørli uses them for records and title research before the visit. Tomasz Reyes and Felix Marlowe use what they need on the hour. Lukas Brandt uses them for GNSS and topographic surveys. Amara Okonjo uses the field record to draw the plan. Ines Calloway uses it when she signs a boundary plan. Priya Nandakumar uses your contact details to reply and to book. We do not sell the contents of a deed, a plan or an email. A quote for travel beyond 40 km is prepared only so you can decide whether to book. Invoices are sent after a plan and relate to the fee you were shown.
How long we keep a file
We keep the correspondence, the field sketch, the written note and the measured plan for as long as the visit and that plan still need to be understood: a later extra copy, a pin reset from an existing record, or a question about what was signed. The $180 credit, if you book a survey within 60 days, depends on knowing the date of the visit, so that record is kept at least through that window. We do not keep a spring-list address after you have asked to be removed. To ask what we hold about you, or to correct an address or an email, write to visits@sokuten.example or call +1 555 0142 090. This page describes our own practice. It does not name outside advertisers, because the firm does not use them.
