What to send
Two dates and an address are enough to start. Send the plot address, any deeds or an old plan if you have one, and two dates that suit you, to visits@sokuten.example. Priya Nandakumar reads that message and replies within one working day. She books every visit and answers the phone if you prefer to call +1 555 0142 090. In her reply she confirms a start time between 7:30 and 15:00, on a Monday to Saturday. If the address sits beyond 40 km of 14 Ferrow Lane, Brookmere, she quotes travel before the booking is made. If the job is a court dispute or an estate over 2 ha, she will say so and name someone who takes that work.

What the hour will be
The booking is for 60 minutes on the ground, in five stages, aimed at one decision about a plan. You meet at the gate and read the papers. You walk the line and look for pins. The tripod comes out for pins and corners. Stakes, string and caps mark what was found. The field sketch is folded out and you agree what, if anything, comes next. The fee is $180, including the sketch and a written note. If a survey is booked within 60 days, the fee is credited in full. A measured plan, when one is commissioned, follows within 10 working days as a PDF and one paper copy, and is invoiced after the plan, due in 14 days.
