The spring list

Sokuten Survey, Brookmere

The spring list

Early dates before the calendar opens

Why it fills

Why spring and autumn fill first

Spring and autumn fill first because that is when people want a line marked before other work starts. A builder books setting-out so the house footprint, stakes and offsets are in place before excavation. An owner books a boundary while pins can still be looked for in grass, ahead of a fence. Someone about to buy a small parcel wants the hour on the ground while access to the plot still stands. Families dividing a garden often need both a topographic survey and a new boundary while the ground is open. The diary does not grow to match that rush. Visits run Monday to Saturday only, with starts between 7:30 and 15:00, and each one is a single hour led by Tomasz Reyes. Those two seasons simply ask for more of the same hours, so they fill before the quieter months do.

Two emails a year

What joining means

Joining the spring list means two emails and no others. One is sent in February. One is sent in August. Both come from visits@sokuten.example. They offer early dates before the calendar opens for the season ahead. They do not confirm a visit, do not hold a plot, and do not change a fee. The six prices stay as published: $180 for the hour, $1,250 for a residential boundary survey up to 1,000 m², $160 per pin reset where a record exists, $720 for setting-out, $1,650 for a topographic survey up to 2,000 m², and $25 for an extra folded A2 copy. A real booking is still a separate message with your address, any papers you have, and two dates. There is no other mail from the list.

How to join

How to join

Email visits@sokuten.example with the subject line Spring list and the address you are likely to need surveyed. Priya Nandakumar keeps the client desk and adds you for the February note and the August note. She still replies within one working day if you are actually requesting a visit rather than only joining the list. Say which you want, so an early-date note is not mistaken for a booking. Office hours for a reply are Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30. The phone is +1 555 0142 090 if you would rather ask how the two emails work. Travel, if the plot is beyond 40 km of 14 Ferrow Lane, Brookmere, is quoted only when you book, not when you join the list.
