Plans billed monthly

Wariate Shifts is billed monthly, per shop, in USD, excluding tax. The demo hour is free. One shop, up to 15 staff, is $29 / month.

One shop, 16–40 staff, is $49 / month. One shop, 41–60 staff, is $69 / month. Each additional shop is $25 / month.

The bands are for shops with 5 to 60 staff and 1 to 6 locations, which is the audience the demo is built for. Every plan includes the same work: lay out the week, collect availability, swap a shift, cover a sick day, and hours for payroll. Staff read the week on their own phones.

Support is Mon–Sat 07:00–19:00. The week exports by Sunday night. The monthly price does not include the setup session or the paper-sheet import.

We do not show a converted price in another currency. A shop beyond 60 staff, or a site that needs a clinical overnight roster, is outside these plans.

The free month, and cancelling

The first month is free on any plan after the demo. Nothing is charged automatically. Cancel any month.

The free month begins after the demo, not when you first write to us, and not when you join the early-access list. We reply to a booking within 1 working day. Choosing a plan is part of minutes 50–60, when we look at which staff band fits and what setup takes.

If you do not take a plan, you are not enrolled, and no monthly amount is billed. If you continue after the free month, the price billed is the band you chose, excluding tax. Cancelling any month means the next month is not billed.

The draft rota emailed after the demo stays the draft we sent. It is not withdrawn because you cancel. These terms do not add a longer contract on top of the monthly plan.

The line under the prices is the whole of the trial: first month free after the demo, nothing charged automatically, cancel any month.

One-off work, and what the hours are not

The setup session is 90 minutes. We enter your staff and patterns. It is $90 one-off.

The paper-sheet import is we key in your last 4 weeks. It is $60 one-off. Neither is required to book the demo or to start a monthly plan.

Hours for payroll means clock in at the counter, breaks added up, and the week exported by Sunday night. That export is not a payroll system. It does not calculate pay, tax or deductions, and it does not replace the payroll you already use.
