Prices per shop
Prices are in USD per shop, and they exclude tax. The demo hour is free. One shop, up to 15 staff, is $29 / month.
One shop, 16–40 staff, is $49 / month. One shop, 41–60 staff, is $69 / month. Each additional shop is $25 / month.
The setup session (90 minutes, we enter your staff and patterns) is $90 one-off. The paper-sheet import (we key in your last 4 weeks) is $60 one-off. First month free after the demo.
Nothing is charged automatically. Cancel any month. The staff bands sit inside the shops a demo suits: 5 to 60 staff, and 1 to 6 locations.
A second shop is the additional-shop price, not a second copy of the first band. The free month is the first month on any plan after the demo. It is not a reduced figure hiding inside the monthly price.
What every plan includes
Every plan includes the same five parts of the rota. You can lay out the week, collect availability, swap a shift, cover a sick day, and export hours for payroll. Staff read the published week on their own phones.
Support runs Mon–Sat 07:00–19:00, because many of these shops open before 08:00 and the early shift has already started when a usual office would. The week can be exported by Sunday night. The price changes with the number of staff in the shop, and with each additional shop.
It does not change because you use one part more than another. The setup session and the paper-sheet import sit outside the monthly plan. They are one-off, and you take them only if you want us to enter the staff, the patterns, or the last 4 weeks.
The demo hour itself is free, and it is not a plan.
The free month
The first month is free on any plan after the demo. Nothing is charged automatically. When the free month ends, the monthly price for your staff band applies only if you choose to continue.
Cancel any month. We reply to a booking within 1 working day, and after the demo a draft of your next week’s rota arrives by email within 1 working day. That draft is part of the demo, not a charge.
The three slots are Mon–Fri at 10:00, 13:30 and 16:00, each 60 minutes, by video call, or at your shop if it is in Westmere. Office hours for the booking are Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30, on +1 555 0187 or demo@wariate-shifts.example. The free month does not start from a visit to the site, or from joining the early-access list.
It starts after the demo, on the plan you look at in the last ten minutes of the hour.

What happens after the free month?
After the free month, the plan continues only if you want it to. The price is then the monthly band you already saw in the demo: $29 / month for one shop with up to 15 staff, $49 / month for 16–40 staff, or $69 / month for 41–60 staff, plus $25 / month for each additional shop. Tax is excluded.
Nothing is charged automatically at the end of the free month, so silence is not a purchase. Cancel any month, including the choice to stop as the free month finishes. The draft rota from the demo is already yours either way.
It was sent within 1 working day of the hour, and it does not depend on a card being stored. If your staff count moves into another band later, the monthly price moves to that band. The five parts of the rota stay the same on every band.
Is anything charged automatically?
Nothing is charged automatically. The demo hour is free. The first month on any plan after the demo is free, and that month does not roll into a paid month unless you choose to continue.
We do not take payment inside the booking form. Name, shop, staff count, preferred slot and email are there so we can reply within 1 working day and hold the hour. A photo of your current sheet is optional, and it is not a billing document.
The setup session at $90 one-off and the paper-sheet import at $60 one-off are agreed as separate pieces of work. They are not added because you booked a demo. Office hours for a question about a charge are Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30, on +1 555 0187 or demo@wariate-shifts.example.

Can we cancel any month?
Yes. Cancel any month. Plans are billed monthly, per shop, in USD, excluding tax.
There is no longer lock-in described in these prices. Stopping means the next month is not billed. You can cancel during the free month as well, and nothing is charged automatically if you do.
Cancelling does not delete the draft rota we already emailed after the demo. It stops the monthly plan. Support remains available through the paid month you are in, Mon–Sat 07:00–19:00.
A one-off that is already done, such as the 90-minute setup session or the import of your last 4 weeks, is the work of that session. It is not a monthly item, so cancelling the plan does not rewind it. If you want the plan again later, you book another conversation with the office and pick the band that matches your staff.
What is billed separately from the monthly plan?
Two pieces of work are one-off, and neither is required. The setup session is 90 minutes, and we enter your staff and patterns with you. It is $90 one-off.
The paper-sheet import is we key in your last 4 weeks. It is $60 one-off. The demo hour is free and is not one of these.
Lukas Brenner runs setup and onboarding, usually in a midday session on a working day. You can also do that entry yourself after the demo. The draft of next week, sent within 1 working day of the demo, is included in the hour and is not an import.
An import is four weeks of older sheets, keyed in so the pattern you copy forward is already there. Prices stay in USD. We do not convert them.
