- Minutes 0–10: your week, on paper or in a spreadsheet
- Minutes 10–35: next week, built from your sheet
- Minutes 35–50: an availability request, a swap and a sick day, live
- Minutes 50–60: prices and questions
The hour, in four parts
The slots are Mon–Fri at 10:00, 13:30 and 16:00. Each one is 60 minutes, by video call, or at your shop if it is in Westmere. The hour has four parts, and we keep them in this order.
Minutes 0–10 are your week: how you lay it out now, on paper or in a spreadsheet. Minutes 10–35 are build next week: we enter your real sheet together and lay out next week. Minutes 35–50 are changes: an availability request, a swap and a sick day, done live.
Minutes 50–60 are prices and questions: which plan fits, and what setup takes. After the demo, a draft of your next week’s rota arrives by email within 1 working day. The demo hour is free.
The first month on any plan after the demo is free. Nothing is charged automatically. A photo of the current sheet is optional.
The paper-sheet import of your last 4 weeks is a later one-off, at $60, and it is not required for the hour.
What to send, and where we are
The booking asks for your name, your shop, your staff count, a preferred slot from 10:00, 13:30 or 16:00, and your email. Add a photo of your current sheet only if the pencil grid is easier to show than to describe. You can also call +1 555 0187 or write to demo@wariate-shifts.example.
Office hours are Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30. Support hours are Mon–Sat 07:00–19:00. The office is on the 2nd floor, 18 Coldharbour Yard, Westmere.
Amara Okonkwo is demo lead. If your shop is in Westmere, say so, and the hour can be at the shop rather than on a video call. We confirm within 1 working day.
The hour is not a setup session. Setup, if you want it afterwards, is 90 minutes with Lukas Brenner, entering your staff and patterns, at $90 one-off. Bring the sheet you use now.
We will use it from minute 10.
