This note says what Wariate Shifts collects when you book a demo or join the early-access list, and what that message is used for. It stays with the fields on those forms.
What you send
A demo booking includes your name, your shop, your staff count, the slot you prefer from 10:00, 13:30 or 16:00, and your email. You may add a photo of your current sheet. That photo is optional, and the booking is complete without it.
An early-access note includes your name, your shop, the number of shops, and your email. If you call +1 555 0187, the office hears the number you call from during Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30. If you write, the message arrives at demo@wariate-shifts.example.
The form does not ask for a card number or a password. Staff names on a rota photo are there only because you chose to share the sheet for the draft of next week. Send what you are willing to have on the table during the hour.
The desk these messages reach is the 2nd floor, 18 Coldharbour Yard, Westmere.
What the office uses it for
We use a booking to reply within 1 working day, to hold a 60-minute demo, and to prepare the draft rota we email within 1 working day after the demo. The four parts of that hour are your current week, next week built from your sheet, the live changes, and prices. The photo, if you sent one, is read for that build.
It is not reused for another shop. We use an early-access note to write back about the multi-shop staff-sharing view, which is coming to all plans. Support may look at the same booking if you write during Mon–Sat 07:00–19:00 about the hour or the draft.
Shop accounts uses the shop name and the staff count only if, after the demo, you decide to take a monthly plan. Until then the details are for the demo and the draft. The first month is free after the demo.
Nothing is charged automatically. The booking form itself does not take payment.
What this page does not claim
This page describes the messages the office actually asks for. It does not add a certificate, a seal, or a count of records held. We do not ask you to create an account to book the hour.
The log-in link on the site returns you to the same demo booking. We do not ask for payment details in that form. Prices are discussed in minutes 50–60 of the demo, from the published bands, in USD, excluding tax.
If you would rather not send a photo of the sheet, bring it to the video call, or put it on the table if the demo is at your shop in Westmere. Questions about a booking you have already sent can go to demo@wariate-shifts.example or to +1 555 0187 in office hours, Mon–Fri 08:30–17:30. The people who handle demos, setup, early support and shop accounts are Amara Okonkwo, Lukas Brenner, Mei-Lin Ho and Yusuf Demir.
