Payment Options and Kit Costs

To assist learners with budgeting, tuition for our longer diploma and certificate courses can be paid in three equal instalments spread across the study duration. Upon receiving a formal written offer of admission, an applicant must secure their place by paying a non-refundable deposit of €300, which is deducted from their first tuition instalment.

In addition to tuition, students enrolling in the Hairdressing Diploma and Barbering Certificate purchase the mandatory college kit for €420. This comprehensive kit contains all scissors, clippers, training mannequins, and specialist tools required for daily class and practical salon floor training.

03

Deposit and Refund Policy Summary

Admissions deposits of €300 are required to hold a student’s place within a class limited to 14 students. If an applicant withdraws in writing at least thirty days before the intake commencement date, tuition instalments paid in advance are refunded in full, while the €300 administrative deposit remains retained to cover processing costs.

Tool kits that have been issued, unsealed, or sanitised cannot be refunded due to hygiene standards. Withdrawals made after course commencement are handled according to our formal schedule of delivered study weeks, with remaining unutilised instalments reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
