The Kesho College Student Salon is our live commercial floor where advanced trainees deliver hairdressing, barbering, and beauty services to the public. All treatments are performed under the close supervision of working instructors to maintain strict salon standards.

Supervised Public Appointments

Located on the ground floor of 14 Harbour Lane in Lindmoor, our Student Salon offers members of the public high-quality hairdressing, barbering, and grooming services at accessible training rates. Every service is carried out by students who have already completed extensive mannequin block training and passed their internal benchmarks.

To ensure complete technical consistency and client satisfaction, instructors maintain a strict 1:7 supervision ratio on the floor. An instructor participates directly in your initial consultation, monitors sectioning and application throughout the appointment, and inspects all perimeter lines and finishes before you leave the chair.

Service Menu and Pricing

Our service menu is intentionally concise, transparent, and focused on core hairdressing and grooming skills. A student cut & finish is priced at €18, which includes a comprehensive hair wash, scalp massage, tailored precision cut, and blow-dry finish.

Full and partial chemical colour services start from €35, with final rates determined by hair length, density, and formulation complexity during consultation. Traditional barbering clients can receive a dedicated beard trim for €10, incorporating clipper detailing and edge tidying. Because our students work methodically with tutor checks at every step, appointments require slightly longer than commercial salon visits.

Opening Hours and Booking Information

The Student Salon welcomes public clients Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00, while remaining closed on Sundays and Mondays. Advanced bookings are highly recommended due to high local demand and limited chair availability each afternoon.

New clients booking colour treatments must visit the salon at least 48 hours prior to their appointment for a mandatory skin patch test. To reserve a chair, contact reception during weekday office hours between 09:00 and 17:30 or call into our Harbour Lane reception desk in Lindmoor.
