Explore our core collection of everyday cookware, selected for durability and ease of repair. Filter by material to find the pan suited to your heat source and cooking habits.
Cookware by Material
We arrange our cookware strictly by material: carbon steel, cast iron, copper, and enamel. Carbon steel heats rapidly and responds immediately to temperature adjustments, making it a reliable choice for everyday searing and frying. Cast iron retains deep heat for slow browning and stovetop-to-oven braises.
Solid copper with brass handles provides exact thermal control across sauces and delicate reductions. Heavy enamel casseroles protect against acidic ingredients while holding steady simmering temperatures. Every iron and carbon-steel pan purchased from our shop includes complimentary first seasoning at our workshop bench before dispatch.
