Opening Hours and Location
Our shop is located at Harbour Street 14 in Northbay. General store hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00, and Sunday from 11:00 to 16:00. We are closed every Monday to restock shelves and maintain workshop tools.
Inside, Freya Lund is available to assist you in selecting cookware tailored to your hob type, whether you cook on gas, induction, or ceramic glass. You can inspect all six core pans, hold each handle, and evaluate metal weights directly before making a purchase.

Service Counter Drop-Off Rules
Our service counter operates Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 for cookware drop-offs and consultations. When bringing in pans for re-seasoning, rust removal, re-riveting, or copper re-tinning, please wipe away loose food grease beforehand.
Tomasz Wren or Lin Hao will inspect the piece, log your contact details, and provide a binding quote within 2 days. Workshop repairs require 7–10 days turnaround time. When work is complete, we notify you for collection during standard shop hours, returning your piece with a fresh care card.
