Specifications and Workshop Seasoning

Priced at €68, this 26 cm carbon-steel pan is pressed from heavy-gauge sheet steel and secured with steel rivets. Because bare steel must be oiled before contact with moisture, every pan bought directly from us receives first seasoning at €0 at our Harbour Street workshop. Our specialist Lin Hao washes away the transit wax, heats the steel dry, and applies multiple micro-layers of oil over flame until a pale bronze base forms. If you bring in an unseasoned pan acquired elsewhere, our service fee is €18.

Everyday Care and Hob Use

This frying pan performs across gas burners, induction coils, ceramic-radiant hobs, and open fire ovens. To maintain the cooking surface after daily meals, follow our three core steps: wash with warm water and a natural brush, heat over the hob until dry, and wipe a droplet of neutral cooking oil across the warm surface. Never leave the pan soaking in water or clean it inside a dishwasher. Should acidic foods strip the patina over time, visit our care guide or return the pan for workshop re-seasoning.
