Clinic front window from the street with plants and pale frames

Look for the window
with the plants.

From the street, look for a front window with plants and a pale display of frames. The clinic does not use a large sign. The street door leads to a lift, and the rooms are on the second floor of 14 Linden Row, Northgate. You come out into the waiting room first. Three exam rooms and the frame room are along the same corridor. You do not pass through a shop to reach the chair.

The window photograph is that street view. The waiting-room photograph is the pale sofa, the side table, and the plant, empty and bright. Those two pictures are the whole of the approach. If you are early, you wait on the sofa. Hana Lindgren is at the desk.

If the row is unfamiliar, call +1 555 0142 208 and she will describe the window again. The email is hello@hitomivision.example. Give yourself time for the lift. The clinical hour starts when the history starts, and the history is worth starting on time.

Hours

opening times

Sunday and public holidays
closed
Children’s after-school slots
Mon–Fri 15:30–18:30, Sat 9:00–12:00

Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00. Saturday, 9:00–16:00. Sunday and public holidays, closed.

These hours cover comprehensive exams, children’s exams, screen assessments, dry eye visits, contact lens fittings, follow-up checks, and time in the frame room. A comprehensive exam is sixty minutes, so it needs a start that finishes by close. A twenty-minute follow-up is easier to place near the end of a day. Saturday closes at 16:00. Hana will only offer a time the visit can finish.

The same hours are published in every language, just as the fees are published in US dollars on every version of the site. If you write to us outside these hours, the message waits for the next open day. The clinic phone is answered when the desk is open.

Book an exam inside these hours. The chair is real time with one of the optometrists, not a walk-in queue.

Children’s slots

after school

Children’s after-school slots sit inside the opening hours. Monday to Friday, 15:30–18:30. Saturday, 9:00–12:00. They are for the children’s vision exam, ages five to fifteen, fifty minutes, $95, with Dr. Tomas Reyes.

Say the child’s age when you book. A parent stays for the visit. Games and picture targets are used when reading a chart is not realistic, so a young child does not need to rehearse letters beforehand. Bring current glasses if there are any, and a school note if a teacher has described the board or the reading.

First glasses, when they are needed, can be chosen with Ines Kowalczyk on the same afternoon if the frame room is free. If it is not, Hana books a fitting rather than rushing the wall. Frames start at $160. Myopia follow-up, when myopia is the finding, is every six months. The clinic is closed on Sunday and public holidays, including for these slots.

What to send when you book

ask for a time

Call +1 555 0142 208 or email hello@hitomivision.example. Leave your name, the kind of visit, and a phone number. For a child, add the age. If you wear contact lenses, say so. The contact form on this page asks for the same facts: name, email, phone, and a short note about the visit you want. It does not confirm the chair by itself. Hana confirms the time during opening hours.

Write which fee you are expecting so we can correct a mismatch before the day: $120 for sixty minutes, $95 for a child, $85 for screen work, $90 for dry eye, $110 for a contact lens fitting with two follow-ups, or $40 for a follow-up check within six months. Keep clinical detail for the history stage of the exam, where it can be recorded properly. A sentence on the form is enough to choose the right length.

We reply to the address you give. Please use an email you read.

On the day

the day itself

Arrive so the history can start at the time you were given. The comprehensive exam is sixty minutes of clinical work, from history through to the plan. The shorter visits are fifty, forty-five, forty, or twenty minutes, as published. Payment is the published fee for that visit, in US dollars. Receipts show the service, the date, the clinician, and the amount.

Frames ordered the same day are a separate charge, from $160, and lenses are quoted before you agree. You can also take the prescription and decide later. Nothing in the frame room is added without a figure spoken first.

If you are unwell and need to move the time, phone the desk so the room can be offered on. We would rather rebook you inside the week than hold an empty exam room. The address, again, is 2nd floor, 14 Linden Row, Northgate. Lift from the street door. Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 9:00–16:00.
