Calendar

Term 1 runs from 1 September 2026 to 18 December 2026. Term 2 runs from 6 January 2027 to 26 March 2027. Term 3 runs from 12 April 2027 to 25 June 2027. The school is closed between these dates. August and January are the main entry points for new students, so many new families start on 1 September or on 6 January. Priority applications for August 2027 entry close on 31 March 2027. Office hours on school days stay Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30, including through the weeks when an open morning is held. Term dates are the same for Kindergarten, Primary Years, Middle Years and the Diploma Programme.

Eight dates anchor the year for families and for applicants. Term 1 begins on 1 September 2026. The first open morning is Tuesday 10 November 2026, 9:30 to 11:00. The winter concert is on 17 December 2026, late in Term 1, which ends on 18 December 2026. Term 2 begins on 6 January 2027. The next open morning is Tuesday 12 January 2027, 9:30 to 11:00, and the one after that is Tuesday 9 February 2027, also 9:30 to 11:00. Priority applications for August 2027 entry close on 31 March 2027. Term 3 begins on 12 April 2027 and ends on 25 June 2027. Open mornings are visits, not assessment days.

The school day has the same hours in every term. Arrival is at 8:20. Lessons run from 8:30 to 15:20. Activities continue until 16:30. Break is at 10:40, lunch is at 12:30, and many after-school activities are underway by 15:30. On activity afternoons the programme is listed from 14:30. Parents report an absence by email by 8:15, before the gate rush at 8:20. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30, so it opens before arrival and closes as activities end. Open mornings sit outside this lesson timetable: they are Tuesdays, 9:30 to 11:00, on 10 November 2026, 12 January 2027 and 9 February 2027.
