Daichi Landscapes plants, builds roofs and planters, and returns for aftercare on campuses, hospitals and civic streets in Metro Vancouver. The four services below are the work we schedule from the yard.

Tree & street planting
Street tree planting starts at $680 CAD per tree. The price includes the guard and 2 seasons of watering. We set each tree in a pit measured at the site survey, on campuses, hospital edges and civic streets across Metro Vancouver. Priya Raman, arborist, checks the species, the stake and the clearance before the pit is closed.
Tom Okafor leads the planting crew. The Northshore College forecourt in 2024 took 64 trees and 1,800 m² of planting. Fraser Street renewal in 2025 took 112 street trees along 1.2 km. A site survey and planting plan, from $1,200 CAD, is how either kind of job begins.

Campus grounds
Campus grounds maintenance starts at $3,400 CAD per month, for grounds up to 2 ha. The monthly work keeps beds, edges and irrigation in order while the campus stays open to the people who use it. Riverside General Hospital, completed in 2023, is the hospital example: 3 courtyards and a sensory garden, with benches and grasses kept under the same aftercare record.
Hana Mori-Ellis writes the planting plan. Marcus Delgado, operations lead, sets the crew schedule around the life of the site. The monthly price is a starting figure. The survey confirms the area before the first month is booked.

Green roofs & planters
Green roof and planter installation starts at $145 CAD per m². Elise Brandt leads irrigation and green roofs. The work puts soil, a drainage layer and a watering line into planters and onto low roofs where a campus or hospital has little open ground left.
We do not order soil until the site survey and planting plan are written. That survey and plan start at $1,200 CAD. The same two planting policies apply here as on a street: 60% native or adapted species in the plan, and 80% of stock grown within 150 km. Aftercare on a planting contract still runs 24 months.

Seasonal aftercare
Seasonal aftercare is the close of every planting contract, and it runs for 24 months. A seasonal aftercare visit starts at $420 CAD. Samuel Quist, aftercare coordinator, sets the visits, watches the 2 seasons of watering that come with a street tree, and calls the crew when a stake or a cut needs a return.
Winter pruning starts at $1,950 CAD per day for a crew of 3, with Priya Raman directing the work. Aftercare is priced as a visit or as a pruning day. It is not folded quietly into the planting price.

Sustainability
What we hold to on every plan
Three figures are company policy on every planting plan, not a slogan for one project. 80% of planting stock is grown within 150 km. 60% of the species in each plan are native or adapted. Aftercare runs 24 months on every planting contract. We use the same three figures on a college forecourt, a hospital courtyard and a civic street. The case records sit beside them. Northshore College shows 62 of 64 trees established after 24 months. Riverside General Hospital shows 3 of 3 courtyards. Fraser Street shows 109 of 112 street trees.
