Yard and office
Daichi Landscapes Ltd. keeps its yard and office at Unit 4, 210 Mill Creek Road, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1Z3, Canada. Come for a survey booking, a yard question, or a pickup.
The building is the crew’s morning point before jobs on campuses, hospitals and civic streets across Metro Vancouver. If you are visiting, use the weekday window. We would rather walk a site than guess it from a message, and the survey is how that walk starts. Winter planting slots for 2027 are open, and they are booked from this address.
Hours
Monday to Friday the yard and office are open 7:00–17:00. That is the window for calls, surveys and crew dispatch. Saturday is 8:00–12:00 and it is for yard pickups only. We do not book site surveys on Saturday, and we do not run planting from the Saturday window.
Sunday is closed. If you write overnight or on Sunday, the note waits until Monday at 7:00. Marcus Delgado schedules crews inside the weekday hours. A pickup on Saturday stays inside 8:00–12:00 and does not extend the day.
Phone and email
Call +1 604 555 0148 or email hello@daichi-landscapes.example. Ask for a site survey if you have a campus, a hospital courtyard, a civic street, a green roof or a planter run to plant. The survey and planting plan start at $1,200 CAD.
Say where the site is in Metro Vancouver and which season you have in mind. Samuel Quist takes aftercare questions on contracts already inside their 24 months. Priya Raman’s pruning days, from $1,950 CAD for a crew of 3, can be requested by phone in the winter window. We answer during the hours above.
What to have ready
You do not need a finished drawing. A place, a use and a season are enough to book weeks 1–2. Tell us if the ground is a forecourt, a set of courtyards, a street, or a roof.
We will say which lead picks it up: Hana Mori-Ellis for the plan, Tom Okafor for planting, Elise Brandt for irrigation and green roofs, Samuel Quist if the site is already in aftercare. Current starting prices, in CAD, are the six on the pricing page, from the $680 street tree to the $3,400 monthly campus rate. The survey is the step that turns those rates into quantities.
