Four steps
- Send your dates and the room type you want: Studio, Corner, or Loft. Add the reading room if you need it, and say if you need one of the two step-free Corner rooms.
- We reply within one working day with availability and the rate. The rate will be one of the published figures: €148, €186, €238, or €132 a night for a Studio of five nights or more, plus €30 if you asked for late check-out until 15:00, plus €90 if you asked for the reading room for four hours.
- Confirm with a card. Cancellation is free until forty-eight hours before arrival.
- Arrive from 15:00 on the first day. Check-out is by 11:00. The front desk is open twenty-four hours.
That is the whole path. A message that only asks a question is still welcome; you do not have to begin a booking to write.

Write to the house
Use the form on this page, or write to hello@akari-hotel.example, or call +00 (0)20 4180 1931. Say the arrival date, the departure date, the room type, and the name the room should be held in. Add a telephone number if you want the reply by phone. Daniel Okafor reads the notes that mention work, printing, the long-stay rate, or the reading room. Tomás Ferreira’s team reads arrivals.
We answer within one working day. The answer states whether the room is free and which rate applies. It does not ask you to create an account. Prices are in euro. We do not convert them in the reply. If you are writing for someone else, say so, and give the name of the guest who will check in. The card comes only at the confirmation step, not in the first message.

Address, station, and hours
Akari Hotel, 18 Tessel Street, Wrenfield. The walk from Wrenfield Central station is six minutes. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. The front desk is open twenty-four hours, with Tomás Ferreira leading it by day and Aiyana Brooks at night. Breakfast is 07:00 to 10:30, and until 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday. The bar is 17:00 to 00:30. Quiet hours are 23:00 to 07:00.
The building opened in 2019 in a printing house from 1931. Forty-two rooms: twenty-four Studios, twelve Corners, six Lofts. If you are already in Wrenfield and would rather ask at the desk than write, come to the lobby. An enquiry made in person follows the same four steps, and the reply to a request we cannot answer on the spot still comes within one working day. The entrance is on Tessel Street itself.

What to include if the stay is for work
Name the deadline only if it changes the room you need. Otherwise the useful lines are: how many nights, whether the stay is five or more so the Studio can be rated at €132, whether the desk on a mezzanine is acceptable, and whether you need the reading room for six at €90 for four hours. Printing is arranged once the room is confirmed; mention it so Daniel Okafor sees it in the first reply.
Two guests remain the maximum in the bedroom. The people in the reading room during the day are not extra overnight guests. Breakfast is included and can be taken before you leave for a meeting, from 07:00. The station walk is six minutes, which is often the simplest way to be on time. Mara Lindqvist does not need to be named in a routine work enquiry. Daniel is the right name.
