Breakfast hours
Breakfast runs from 07:00 to 10:30 every morning, and on Saturday and Sunday until 11:00. It is included in every room rate: Studio €148, Corner €186, Loft €238, and the long-stay Studio at €132 a night for five nights or more. You do not reserve a table the night before. Come down when you are ready, inside those hours.
The room is beside a large window, and the sitting is unhurried because the house has forty-two rooms, not a banquet floor. Check-out remains 11:00, including on weekend mornings when breakfast itself runs until 11:00. If you need the room until 15:00, that is the late check-out at €30, arranged separately. Jonas Weber is the breakfast chef. The bread is baked nearby and brought in for service. Coffee is poured at the table.
A morning plate
The morning table is a short list, and nothing on it has a price of its own because breakfast is already in the rate. Bread from the nearby bake, toasted or left as it arrived. Butter. A little jam. Fruit, cut and set in a bowl rather than arranged. Yoghurt. Eggs, cooked to order in a plain pan, not from a display. Coffee, and tea if you would rather. Water on the table. Juice.
That is the sample. It changes with what Jonas Weber has that morning, and it does not grow a specials board. If you do not eat eggs or you need the bread kept separate from something else, tell the desk the evening before or tell the person pouring coffee. We will not invent a menu we cannot cook. Guests who leave before 07:00 can ask at night, and Aiyana Brooks will note it for the kitchen.

The bar
The bar is open daily from 17:00 to 00:30. Priya Raman leads it. The room is small: an oak counter, a few glasses, low light, and tables where two people can talk without raising their voice. Water is included with the stay for as long as the bar is open. Anything poured besides water is chosen at the counter and is not part of the room rate.
There is no schedule of events, no music list, and no requirement to come down. The evening chapter of the house, around 19:00, is simply when the room is at its most used. After 23:00, quiet hours have already begun in the corridors, so voices stay low even though service continues until 00:30. If you want a table held, tell Tomás Ferreira during the day. At night, Aiyana knows which chairs are free.

Jonas Weber and Priya Raman
Jonas Weber runs breakfast and Priya Raman runs the bar. They are not the same service stretched across the day. Jonas is in the kitchen for the morning hours, 07:00 to 10:30, and until 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday. His concern is the bread baked nearby, the eggs, the coffee, and a table by the window that is cleared properly between guests. Priya opens the bar at 17:00 and closes it at 00:30.
Her concern is the counter, the pace of the room, and the fact that many guests are still halfway through a working day when they sit down. You can pass a whole stay and see only one of them. Mara Lindqvist, the general manager, keeps the two rooms on the same standard: calm, specific, and finished on time. Questions about a plate go to Jonas’s team in the morning. Questions about the evening go to Priya.
