Season 2027
Requests open
Requests for Season 2027 are open from 10 January. The season itself runs from 1 April to 31 October. A season berth is one of 100: a finger on Pontoon A, B or C, or a swing mooring in the outer basin. The office is open daily from 07:00 to 19:00 through April to October, and Ada Okonkwo handles the requests and the paperwork. You can write to office@tomarimarina.example or come to the Harbour Office at 2 North Quay, Wrenhaven. Asking in January does not put a boat on a pontoon in January. It opens the conversation that leads to a walk, a signature and a key on the first round of the season.

Booking
You send a request from 10 January, either online or at the office, and Ada Okonkwo confirms which pontoon can be talked about. You then walk the berth with Tomas Reyes, dockmaster, and look at the cleat, the depth and the boat beside it before any paper is signed.
You sign the season and pay the 25% deposit, with the balance due by 1 March. You arrive for 1 April and collect the pontoon key on the first morning round.
The order stays the same whether the berth is on A, B, C or a swing mooring in the outer basin.
Calendar
The working year is posted as four dates. Requests open on 10 January. The balance of a season fee is due by 1 March, after the 25% deposit paid when the season is signed. The season afloat runs from 1 April to 31 October, and the morning round at 06:30 is every day of that season. Winter ashore covers November to March. Office hours follow the same split: daily 07:00–19:00 from April to October, then Monday to Saturday 08:00–16:00 from November to March. The evening check stays at 21:00 in season. Fuel and pump-out, with Samir Haddad, run 07:00–19:00.

Winter ashore
Winter ashore is hard standing for a boat up to 10 m, from November to March, at €1,150, VAT included. Lift-out, wash and block-off, for a boat up to 12 m, is €240 once, and Henrik Vale runs the yard and the 25-tonne travel lift. Boats sit under plain covers through the winter months. A winter booking is separate from a season berth: the season fee covers 1 April to 31 October on the pontoon or the mooring, and the ashore fee covers the months in between. Write to the office, or call on VHF channel 12 if you are already in the harbour, and the winter place is confirmed before the boat comes out.
