The Harbour Office is open daily from 07:00 to 19:00 in April, May, June, July, August, September and October. From November to March it is open Monday to Saturday, 08:00–16:00. Those are the hours Ada Okonkwo is there for bookings, visitor nights and the season agreement. The morning round still starts at 06:30 in season, before the door opens, and Mei Lin Choi’s evening check is at 21:00, after it shuts. Fuel and pump-out with Samir Haddad run 07:00–19:00. If you are writing about Season 2027, requests open on 10 January, the deposit is 25%, and the balance is due by 1 March.

The office is the Harbour Office, 2 North Quay, Wrenhaven. It faces the pontoons, and the yard with Henrik Vale’s travel lift is beside it. Come to the counter for a request, for the walk with Tomas Reyes, or to sign the season. Showers and laundry are in the same shore buildings. In winter, when many boats are on hard standing, the office week is Monday to Saturday, 08:00–16:00, and that is when winter ashore at €1,150 for a boat up to 10 m is arranged. There is no second address. Post, visits and the season paperwork all use 2 North Quay.

Call on VHF channel 12 before you enter, and wait at the fuel berth until the office or the crew gives you a place. That approach is the same for a visitor and for a season boat arriving on the first day. Visitors pay €3.20 per metre per night on any pontoon. A season boat collects the pontoon key on the first morning round, which begins at the fuel berth at 06:30. Do not pick a finger and go alongside unannounced; A, B and C are allocated, and the outer basin’s 22 swing moorings are allocated too. The channel is 12, and the waiting place is the fuel berth.

Email office@tomarimarina.example for a season request, a visitor night, winter ashore or a question about the fees. The office answers during the posted hours. From the water, use VHF channel 12 rather than waiting for a reply. Say the boat’s length, the dates you want, and whether you are asking for Pontoon A (up to 7.5 m), Pontoon B (7.5–10 m), Pontoon C (10–12 m) or a swing mooring (up to 9 m).
