This page describes the details Mikura Storage collects at 48 Alder Row, and what the desk uses them for. It is not a certification and it is not a seal.
Who holds your details
Mikura Storage, at 48 Alder Row, Lindenport, holds the details you give the desk. The phone is 555-0142 and the email is hello@mikurastorage.example. Priya Nair handles contracts and accounts, so account questions reach her through that desk. Ines Varga is the founder and building manager. We do not sell lists of households, and we do not pass the visit form or the waitlist form to a separate booking website. Both forms stay with this building. This page says what we collect and why. It does not claim a certification or a seal. If a sentence is not on this page, we are not asking you to assume it.
The visit form
When you book a visit, the form asks for your name, your email, a day, and a size. We use those four items to hold a slot of about twenty minutes with an attendant. If you call 555-0142 instead, the desk writes down the same facts. We do not ask the form for a payment. A visit is free and without obligation. If the day you want is not available, the desk will say so during desk hours, 09:00 to 19:00, seven days. The size you name helps Mei Lin Ho prepare the walk. You may change your mind about the size after you see the corridor. The form is a booking note, not an agreement and not a place on a waitlist.
The waitlist form
When a size is full, the waitlist asks for an email and the size. We use that pair to write to you when a unit of that size is free. We do not ask for a card, a deposit, or photo ID at this step. There is no payment to join. We also do not promise a date, because a full size opens when someone gives thirty days’ notice and leaves, not on a clock we can publish. If you would rather look at a different size now, book a visit instead of waiting. You can ask the desk to drop your email from the list by writing to hello@mikurastorage.example or by calling during desk hours.
Photo ID, the agreement, and the key card
Photo ID is required when you sign, including a same-day move-in booked before 15:00. We use it to put the agreement in the right name. The agreement also carries the size, the monthly price, the first month paid, and, if you choose it, contents cover at $6 a month up to $5,000. Priya Nair keeps the account. The key card that opens the door is $0 and is tied to your unit so access works from 06:00 to 23:00, seven days, while the agreement runs. We do not ask for photo ID on a mere visit if you are not signing. We do not ask the waitlist for it either.
Video and the building
The building uses 24-hour video as part of how the doors and corridors are run. It is one of the things every unit includes, along with key-card doors, fire-rated walls, and the climate hold of 18 to 24 C below 60% relative humidity. Video is a building operation, not a household story we publish. We do not put visitors into the stories category. The three stories already on the site, about the Marsh household, Hana Yilmaz, and the Okoye family, are written accounts with names they were willing to have used. Being on camera in a corridor is not the same thing, and it is not consent to appear in News. Questions about a recording go to the desk.
Asking about your own details
Email hello@mikurastorage.example or call 555-0142 between 09:00 and 19:00, seven days, and say what you want corrected or removed from a visit request or a waitlist line. Account records that belong to a current agreement stay for the life of that agreement, because the desk still has to know the size, the price, and the notice period. When the agreement has ended and the thirty days’ notice has run, ask Priya Nair what remains on the account and what can be cleared. We will not invent a retention period in years on this page. We also will not ask you to send a copy of photo ID by an open channel if a phone call or a visit to the desk can do the check instead.
