About

Mikura Storage is a household self-storage building founded in 2014 and still run as one address. Ines Varga manages it, with a small crew on the desk, the bay, and the building itself.

Founded in 2014

Mikura Storage was founded in 2014 by Ines Varga, who is still the building manager. The work has stayed in one dedicated building at 48 Alder Row, Lindenport. It is household self-storage: the things a city flat cannot hold, kept close enough that you can fetch a carton without planning a journey out of the city.

The building

The building is six storeys, with a plain front and a covered loading bay. Inside, corridors run between unit doors. Rooms are held between 18 and 24 C and kept below 60% relative humidity.

The crew

Seven people run the building. They are listed as text, in this order.

Founded in 2014

We do not publish awards or rankings, and we do not borrow other companies’ names to describe the rooms. The practical facts are the ones on the price list. Five sizes, monthly prices in US dollars, a $0 admin fee, a $0 key card, a $0 hand-truck loan, and no deposit. The minimum term is one month. Notice is thirty days.

Why one building

One building means the same crew covers every unit. There are six floors and 412 units, which is enough for Shelf through Garage Bay without opening a second address. Climate, fire checks, the desk, and the loading bay are all on this site. When you call 555-0142 you reach the desk that can see the corridor, during 09:00 to 19:00, seven days. A key card issued here opens this building from 06:00 to 23:00, seven days, and does not belong to a network of other sites. Ines Varga manages the building she founded rather than a chain of them. If a size is full, the waitlist is for a unit in this building, not for a room we would send you across town to find.

A typical day

The building opens to key cards at 06:00. People who already have a card can collect or drop a carton before the desk is staffed. At 09:00 the desk opens. Daniel Achebe leads morning attendants. Visits that were booked run at about twenty minutes each: clipboard, corridor, open door, and a decision.

Mei Lin Ho takes the sizing conversations. Rafael Souza keeps the bay and the hand trucks moving when a household is in the middle of a load. Priya Nair puts the agreement in front of anyone who chooses to sign, checks photo ID, and takes the first month. The desk closes at 19:00. Key-card access continues until 23:00. Weekend days keep the same hours, with Amara Diallo at the desk. That is a full day here. It does not include a night attendant.

Walls are fire-rated. Doors are opened by key card. Video runs 24 hours. None of those sentences says that loss cannot occur. They are the conditions the building is kept to, and Jonas Weber’s work is the climate and the fire checks that sit behind them. Households use the building in ordinary ways: a Box Room for five months between leases, a Closet for fourteen months of books, a Shelf for eight months while a cot is folded away. The fourth-floor corridors have been repainted, and that floor is open.

How we keep the building

  • 18-24 C, below 60% humidity
  • Fire-rated walls
  • Key-card doors
  • 24 h video
  • Free loading bay
  • Desk 09:00-19:00

Keeping the building is daily work, not a badge on the door. Jonas Weber carries the climate and fire checks. Rooms stay in the range 18 to 24 C and below 60% relative humidity. Fire-rated walls are part of the building, not an add-on you select at the desk. Key-card doors replace shared keys. Video runs all day and all night. The loading bay stays free to households who are moving in or out, and the hand truck is a loan rather than a hire. The desk is staffed only from 09:00 to 19:00, seven days, including the weekend cover Amara Diallo provides. Outside those hours, access is the card and the 06:00 to 23:00 window, not a promise that an attendant is standing in the corridor.
