Waitlist
Join the waitlist when the size you need is full. Send an email and the size. The desk writes when a unit of that size is free.
When a size is full
A size can be full even though the building holds 412 units. Shelf, Closet, Box Room, Spare Room, and Garage Bay are separate pools. When the size you need has no open unit, leave an email and the size on this form. You are not asked to pay, to place a deposit, or to take a different size in the meantime. There is no deposit on a unit either, once you do sign. The form comes to Mikura Storage. It is not sent to an outside booking service. We do not publish a waiting time, because we will not invent one. The desk writes when that size has a unit free. Until then, your place on the list is a request, not a reservation and not an agreement.
What to send
The form has two fields that matter: your email, and the size you want. Choose one of the five names. Shelf is $38 a month, Closet is $62, Box Room is $98, Spare Room is $148, and Garage Bay is $215. Contents cover is not a size. If you later want the optional cover, you add it when you sign, at $6 a month, up to $5,000, for fire, water and theft. Do not send a payment to join the list. The first month is paid only when you take a unit, with photo ID, at the desk. If you would rather be shown a smaller or larger room that is free today, book a visit instead. A visit is twenty minutes, free, and without obligation.
After you send the form
You will see a short confirmation on the site. During desk hours, 09:00 to 19:00, seven days, the desk can also take the same request by phone on 555-0142 or by email at hello@mikurastorage.example. Priya Nair looks after contracts and accounts once a request becomes an agreement. She does not open an agreement for a size that is still full. If you are between two sizes, say so in a visit with Mei Lin Ho rather than joining two lists and hoping. Access hours and key cards apply after you move in, not while you are waiting. The list is only a way to hear about the size you named.
