Desk, phone, and email

The desk is at 48 Alder Row, Lindenport, inside the one Mikura Storage building. Phone 555-0142. Email hello@mikurastorage.example. Desk hours are 09:00 to 19:00, seven days. Those are the staffed hours. Daniel Achebe is head attendant in the mornings. Amara Diallo covers the weekend desk, within the same hours. Priya Nair handles contracts and accounts. For a new visit, ask to book a slot. For an agreement you already have, ask for accounts. Building access for people who already hold a key card is 06:00 to 23:00, seven days, and that window is not a promise that the phone will be answered before 09:00 or after 19:00.

Finding the building

There is no map on this page. The direction is the address: 48 Alder Row, Lindenport. Mikura Storage is a dedicated building of six floors, not a counter inside another business. Come to the building and ask at the desk. If you have booked a visit, an attendant is expecting you for about twenty minutes. If you are coming by car to unload, use the covered loading bay and bring the car plate. Rafael Souza looks after the bay and the hand trucks. The hand-truck loan is $0. If you already have a key card, you do not need the desk to be open in order to reach your unit, provided you are inside 06:00 to 23:00. Paint is fresh on the fourth-floor corridors, and that floor is open.

The desk can book a visit, walk you toward a size, and complete a signature. Bring photo ID if you may sign. The first month is paid at signature if you are moving in. Same-day move-in depends on a booking made before 15:00. The visit itself costs nothing and does not oblige you to take a unit. A card is useful only if you decide to pay that first month. Measurements, a list of what you are storing, your phone, and the car plate if you are in the bay are the other things worth having with you. The desk cannot put you into a size that is full. In that case the waitlist takes an email and the size, and no payment.

Before you book

What are the desk hours and the building access hours?

The desk is open from 09:00 to 19:00, seven days a week. Call 555-0142 in that window, or email hello@mikurastorage.example. Staffed means those desk hours. It does not mean an attendant is on duty at dawn or late at night. Building access is wider and unmanned at the edges: 06:00 to 23:00, seven days, by key card. The key card costs $0 and is issued when you move in, not when you merely enquire. Before you hold a card, plan to arrive during desk hours. After you hold one, you can reach your unit inside the access window, including times when the phone is not answered. Both clocks apply at 48 Alder Row only. There is no second building on a different schedule.

How do I book a visit, and what does it cost?

Book a slot on the visit form, or call 555-0142 during desk hours. The form asks for your name, your email, a day, and a size. If you do not yet know the size, say so and the attendant will start from the load you describe. A visit costs $0. It takes about twenty minutes. An attendant walks the corridor with you. You may leave without signing. That is the no-obligation part, and it is literal: no fee is held, because no deposit exists on a visit or on an agreement. If you want a fuller look at the loading bay, say that you are coming by car when you book. Rafael Souza’s bay is part of the building, not a separate ticket.

Can I move in on the day of the visit?

Yes, when three conditions are all true. The visit was booked before 15:00. You bring photo ID. You pay the first month when you sign. You then receive a key card, at $0, and you can use a hand truck at $0 in the free loading bay. If the booking was made after 15:00, the desk can still show you the corridor, and move-in waits for a later slot rather than being forced through at the end of the day. If the size you want is full, same-day move-in is not available in that size. Join the waitlist, or look at another size that is actually open. The minimum term, once you have signed, is one month.

What is the minimum term, and how do I end the agreement?

The minimum term is one month. Notice is thirty days. Owen and Lucia Marsh stayed five months, Hana Yilmaz stayed fourteen, and the Okoye family stayed eight. Those longer stays did not use a different rule. They were month by month after the first month, ended with the same thirty days’ notice. Give notice to the desk, by phone or email, during the life of the agreement. Priya Nair handles the account side. On the way out, book the loading bay if you need it and borrow a hand truck at $0. The key card access continues only while the agreement does. We do not add a separate cancellation fee in these terms. The notice period is the mechanism.

Which fees are included, and is there a deposit?

The admin fee is $0. The key card is $0. The hand-truck loan is $0. There is no deposit. You pay the monthly price of the size: Shelf $38, Closet $62, Box Room $98, Spare Room $148, or Garage Bay $215. The first of those months is paid when you sign. Optional contents cover is $6 a month if you choose it, on any size, up to $5,000, for fire, water and theft. If you decline the cover, you are not charged the $6. None of the zero fees is a temporary offer with a hidden end date. They are the ordinary terms of the building. A visit before any of this is also $0. You pay when you take a unit, not when you look.

How are the rooms kept, and what does contents cover do?

Rooms are held between 18 and 24 C and kept below 60% relative humidity. Walls are fire-rated. Doors use key cards. The building runs 24-hour video. Jonas Weber carries out building care, including climate and fire checks. These are descriptions of how the building operates. They do not mean that fire, water, or theft cannot affect your goods. Optional contents cover is the separate monthly item for that risk: $6, up to $5,000, for fire, water and theft, on every size. It is optional. Taking it or leaving it does not change the room temperature, the key card, or the monthly rent of the size. If you want the cover, say so when you sign, and Priya Nair adds it to the account.
