The fourth-floor corridors have been repainted, and the floor has reopened. This is a note, not a household story. The building has six floors and 412 units. Repainting the corridors does not change the sizes, the monthly prices, the desk hours, or the access window.
Key cards work as before, from 06:00 to 23:00, seven days. The desk remains 09:00 to 19:00, seven days. Jonas Weber continues the building care, including climate and fire checks, across the floors. Rooms stay between 18 and 24 C and below 60% relative humidity. If you store on the fourth floor, you do not need a new agreement because the corridor has fresh paint.
