Physiotherapy
Programmes written for your joint
Rehab you can practise on our floor and at home
Two physiotherapists, a rehab floor with plinths, bars and bands, and a written plan you can follow at home.

Programmes
Three kinds of plan
Where most rehabilitation starts
Post-operative programmes
Shoulder, hip, knee, spine
How it works
Mikkel Sorensen writes your programme before the day of surgery. You meet on the rehab floor, practise the first exercises and receive a printed plan that you take home.
Visits
Most people attend once or twice a week at the start, then less often as they progress. Each visit is 45 minutes and costs $110.
Sport and running rehab
Return-to-run and field sports
Graded return
Sina Talataina builds a progression of strength, hopping and running tests so that you can see your own progress. We never promise a return date; recovery differs from person to person.
Home exercise plans
Every plan comes with photographs of the exercises on our own rehab floor and a note of how many to do and how often. You can request changes at any visit.
Balance and ankle work
Sprains and instability
What it covers
Single-leg balance, a wobble board, calf and hip strength, and gradual return to jumping and cutting for those who need it.
Who it is for
Teenagers after repeated sprains, older adults who want to feel steadier and anyone who has had an ankle that keeps giving way.
Prices
Physiotherapy in plain figures
A single session or a pack of six
A single physiotherapy session (45 minutes) is $110. A pack of six sessions is $600, which is $100 a session. Packs are used within a year and can be shared across joints if you are recovering from more than one injury.
We issue itemised receipts that you can send to your extended health plan.
