Who we are and how we work

One building, eight clinicians, one plan for your joint

The rehab floor with treatment plinths and parallel bars by tall windows

Hone Orthopedics opened on Main Street in 2011 with two surgeons and a single treatment room. Today five orthopedic surgeons, a sports medicine physician and two physiotherapists work on one floor of the same building, so a scan, an assessment and the first rehab session can happen within a few steps of each other.

We organise care by joint. Knee, shoulder, hip, spine, and hand, foot and ankle each have a named surgeon, and the physiotherapist who will work with you is part of the conversation from the first visit. Most people we see are not heading for surgery; we start with the least invasive option that suits your goals and say plainly when an operation is worth discussing.

You will always know who is looking after you. Your surgeon reads your imaging, your physiotherapist writes your exercise plan, and both of them see the same notes. If something changes, there is one phone number to call.
