Receipts and referrals
Claiming and coverage
We give itemised receipts that you can send to your extended health plan. What a plan pays depends on the plan, so please check your own policy before you come; we do not name or guarantee any insurer.
Coverage under the provincial plan depends on whether you have a referral for the service, so please ask us when you request a visit. A referral is welcome but not required for a private consultation.
Cancellation
Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel. With less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 fee applies.
