Five treatment bays and one small exercise studio open off the same corridor. You do not travel to a second site for exercise. The first visit is timed for 60 minutes, so a booked start keeps the hour intact. For a new appointment, use the phone or book online. To change a time, contact Elena up to 24 hours before the visit and there is no charge.

Monday to Friday we are open from 08:00 to 20:00. Saturday we are open from 09:00 to 14:00. Sunday and public holidays the clinic is closed. The last appointment starts one hour before closing, so the visit can finish before the door does.
Desk Reset, led by Sofia Lindgren, is on Tuesday and Thursday at 18:15 and on Saturday at 10:00. Those classes last 50 minutes and are booked separately from treatment. A booked time holds a bay or a class place for you. If you need a hour that is not a class, ask Elena what is still open that week. She can also confirm whether your visit is $95, $90, $75, $55, $80, or $28 before you travel.
Tram, bike, and lift
Tram line 4 stops at Alder Street, a three-minute walk from the door. Bike racks stand by the entrance. The building has a step-free lift to the second floor, so you do not need stairs to reach the clinic. If you are coming after knee surgery and want the easier arrival, use the lift. If the walk from the stop is itself the difficult part, tell us when you book and we will plan the first visit with that in mind.
The ground-floor door is glass, with a planter beside the racks. Come up to 2F. If you cannot see Elena, phone from the pavement and she will direct you. The treatment rooms are numbered along the corridor. You will be shown which bay is yours. You do not need to search the floor.
Where can I leave a car?
Allow time to find street parking near 41 Alder Street. We cannot hold a space for you. If you would rather not drive, take tram line 4 to the Alder Street stop and walk the three minutes, or cycle to the racks at the entrance.
We will not quote a car park fee or a number of spaces we do not control. How early should I arrive?
A few minutes is enough. Elena meets you at reception, confirms the visit and the fee, and takes you to the bay. Arriving very early does not lengthen the session. A first visit stays 60 minutes. A follow-up is 45 or 30. A post-surgery session is 60. A Desk Reset class is 50.
