[02] What is included
One price, one crew, one warranty.
Every residential system includes the design, the permit application, the panels, rails, flashings and inverter, the install by our own crew, the inspection visit and the switch-on. Nothing is subcontracted, and the 15-year workmanship warranty covers the roof penetrations too.
Roofs we fit: clay and concrete tile, composition shingle, standing-seam metal and low-pitch membrane. We do not fit slate or thatch.

Estimates use the system’s modelled yield and a $0.20/kWh household rate ($0.15/kWh for commercial). Your bill depends on your tariff, usage and weather. We do not guarantee savings.

How big a system do I need?
It depends on your usage and your roof. The assessment gives you a layout and a size, and the proposal shows what each option would cost.
Will it work on a cloudy day?
Yes, at lower output. The estimates already include the valley’s weather.
Do you remove the system if I re-roof?
We can take it down and refit it; we quote that separately.
Can I add a battery later?
Yes. We size the inverter so a battery can be added without replacing it.
What about incentives?
You may be eligible for one. We check this during the assessment and never assume it in the price.
