[02] Flat and pitched

Ballast where we can, fixings where we must.

On flat roofs we prefer ballasted frames, which need no holes in the membrane. On pitched warehouse roofs we fix to the purlins and seal every penetration. Either way a structural check comes first, and Jonah Kessler leads the install.

Commercial roofs are quoted per site, typically $2.10–$2.60 per watt installed. Estimates for business use a $0.15/kWh rate.

Estimates use the system’s modelled yield and a $0.20/kWh household rate ($0.15/kWh for commercial). Your bill depends on your tariff, usage and weather. We do not guarantee savings.

[04] How it works for a business

Same four steps, plus a load study.

The free assessment is the same, with one addition: we ask for twelve months of electricity bills so the proposal can match the system to your daytime load. Work is planned around opening hours, and a typical 30 kW roof takes about a week.
