Westpark Primary kitchen takes twelve seeded spelt tins a day during term time. We pack them the afternoon before, in linen-lined crates, and Hugo rides them over on the cargo bike before the cooks start slicing.
The kitchen sends the empty crates back on Friday. It is the simplest standing order we have, and one of the oldest.
