Those are the seven fees, in US dollars on every version of this site. The five-session block is optional. Single visits stay at the prices above. Desk Reset meets on Tuesday and Thursday at 18:15 and on Saturday at 10:00. If you are unsure which visit to book, phone +1 555 0142 300 and Elena Duarte will match the fee to the work.
Receipts and cancellation
We give you a receipt with treatment codes for your insurer. Ask Elena Duarte at reception, and bring any details you want printed on it. Whether a particular insurer reimburses you is for that insurer to decide. What we provide is a clear receipt for the visit you had.
No referral is required to book, to be treated, or to receive that receipt. No package is required either. Cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment and there is no charge. The last appointment of the day starts one hour before closing. We close at 20:00 Monday to Friday and at 14:00 on Saturday. Sunday and public holidays the clinic is closed. Do I have to buy a package?
No. Five follow-ups, used within four months, for $340, is a listed price if you already know you want five sessions of 45 minutes. It is not a condition of care. Most people book one visit at a time: $95 to start, then $75 or $55, or $90 after surgery.
Desk Reset at $28 and a workstation review at $80 can be added when they help, without joining a plan. The written plan after your first visit does not depend on the block. If the block would suit the next four months, we will say so at a review. If it would not, we will not suggest it.
Which fee is the first hour?
If you are new and you are coming for assessment and treatment, the first hour is $95 for 60 minutes. If you are booking rehabilitation after a knee, hip, or shoulder operation and we already know you need the post-surgery session, that hour is $90 for 60 minutes. Elena will tell you which one she has booked so the fee is not a surprise at the desk.
A short follow-up of 30 minutes, at $55, is for when the plan is already underway and the question is small. It is not a first visit. A workstation review is separate from treatment and can be booked on its own. Class places are charged at $28 a class, not as part of a treatment receipt, and Elena can explain how that appears on your paperwork.
