PROPOSAL
02 — Arranging Briefs and Proposals
Organizations considering a study can request a written proposal or schedule an introductory thirty-minute scoping call with Clara Wendt. During this preliminary discussion, we examine your core research questions, clarify target participant demographics, and recommend an appropriate engagement format, whether discovery interviews, concept testing, or in-context fieldwork. Following the call, our team prepares a clear, fixed-price proposal detailing timelines, recruitment parameters, and deliverable schedules within two business days. Studio visits can be scheduled in advance with Rafael Duarte for teams wishing to inspect our observation facilities prior to commissioning fieldwork.
To schedule an introductory consultation, contact our studio team by email at studio@shirabe-research.example or call our Northbank desk directly at +00 20 7000 2712. We will arrange a thirty-minute introductory discussion via teleconference or in person at our Calder Street studio during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. We recommend sharing preliminary research questions and anticipated project dates ahead of the meeting so Clara Wendt and Tomás Ibarra can prepare relevant case examples from our past studies and outline appropriate recruitment timelines.
