Dispatch and delivery
Monday to Friday.
Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. An order placed before 15:00 goes out within one working day. The shop and the packing table are at Pelgrimsgang 14, 3011 Rotterdam. Yara Haddad looks after orders, shipping and returns, so questions about a box already on its way go to her, at hello@otoaudio.example or +31 10 555 0142.
Delivery in the Netherlands is 1–2 working days. Delivery in the rest of the EU is 2–5 working days. These windows start from dispatch, on working days. The listening room’s own hours are separate: the room is closed Sunday and Monday, while dispatch still runs Monday to Friday.
The Oto S8 Floorstanding Speakers go by courier. The rate does not change for them. Free EU shipping still begins over €150, and the flat €9 still applies under that. A pair of S8s is €2,150, so the courier journey for that pair falls inside the free threshold. A smaller order can sit under it. The €9 is per shipment, not per extra day.
Returns, trial, warranty
Thirty days, ten days, two years.
You can return a purchase within 30 days. We ask that it is unused and in the original packing. If you are sending it back from the Netherlands, the return label is free. Write or call before you ship, so Yara can tie the box to the order.
The home trial is narrower than a return. It is one headphone, for 10 days, and it costs €25, credited when you buy. It is how you leave the listening room with the H1, the H2 or the P7 if you want more nights of your own music. Speakers are not the trial item. If you want to hear the S5 or the S8 at home, talk to us about a placement visit instead: Rotterdam area, about 2 hours, €120, with Lucas Moreau.
The warranty is 2 years on the eight house products. It is not a cover we extend, in writing, to a headphone you already owned. Repair work on something older is a service: re-cabling €45, pad fitting €15 with pads priced separately, amplifier bench check and clean €65 in 3–5 working days.
