Online orders are a different clock. They are dispatched Monday to Friday, within one working day, and the same day if you order before 15:00. If you are writing about a box, include the order details in the email so it reaches the shipping desk without a second round of questions.

Yara Haddad looks after orders, shipping and returns. Write to her through hello@otoaudio.example for a dispatch, a delivery window, a return label or a trial headphone already out with you.
Amara Nwosu is the headphone specialist. Questions about the H1, the H2 and the P7 go to her: how they leak, what they weigh, which amplifier they prefer.
To book a listening hour, email or call. Ines Vermeulen hosts the room. Say which hour you want, inside the open days, and whether you are bringing a phone, a laptop or a USB stick. We also stream. If you already know you want speakers placed at home, Lucas Moreau does those visits in the Rotterdam area, about 2 hours, at €120.
