Our first inspection slot of the day starts at 07:00. That is not a habit of the crew. A lobby at that hour is empty, the lifts are barely used, and a lift can be taken out of service for the hour without anyone waiting for it.
By the time the second technician has signed in at the desk, the landing doors have been opened and the paper checklist is out. The inspection takes one hour. The written report follows within two working days, and the building is back to normal before the first tenants walk in.
If 07:00 does not suit you, the other slot starts at 18:00, once the offices have emptied. Both run Monday to Friday, and both are the same hour.
